Parking Lot Restriping - A Vision Project

After hearing that the stripes in our parking lot were hard to see, President Colleen Takenouchi, took action and said “We can do this!”.

On August 24, 2025, members and supporters of Lum Sai Ho Tong gave our parking lot some TLC by cleaning and restriping the stalls.

First, the parking lot was power washed then cleared of trash and leaves:

Then cardboard and boards were layed out as guides for the painting:

Finally, volunteers apply a thick coat of paint:

In a few hours the work is done:

Gupo and the ancestors showed their approval by sending us a beam of light.  Mahalo to all who came out and volunteered their time in support of Lum Sai Ho Tong and Tin Hau Temple.

The restriping project was funded by President Takenouchi.
